Public Service Announcement: Occasional crash on app startup under Android

Hi all,

We are currently tracking an issue that we are seeing on some android devices.

It manifests as a very intermittent crash at the startup of the app.

We have a potentially fix internally but as it touches threading we are choosing to give this fix extra testing rather than to try and force it into the upcoming release. This fix will instead land in the first post-easter release.

If you run into this issue please post below so you can be informed as soon as this is fixed.

I just see the 0.11 for download in GET STARTED area.

0.12 will be released in a few days. If you’re interested in giving it a spin already, you can get it from the QA channel at https://www.fusetools.com/downloads/channel/qa. Note however that releases in the QA channel are not as stable as the official releases.
