I wonna publishing my app to Google Play, and it needs to be signed before it's sent off. How I do it?

Hello!

I wont to publish my app to Google Play Store, and it needs to be signed before it’s sent off. But I don’t know how I can do it in Fuse, or in Sublime Text.

Can somebody help me to understand how I do sign my App without Androidstudio? Please help me.
