How different is Fusetools from nativeScript/ReactNative?

Hi All,

I read that FuseTools is used for developing NativeApps and differs a lot from Phonegap/Cordova hybrid web based mob applications.

But there is Nativescript from Telerick and React Native from Facebook which already offers a way for creating Native Applications without knowing Platform specific Languages (Java/Objective C)

So how can you differentiate fusetools from the above mentioned two platforms ?

What are the PROS and CONS of fusetools compared to the other hybrid native apps.
