Github login from app is not working

I clicked on the link in the message that my license has expired in the top right corner. I chose Github to login with and followed the instructions. Ultimately I get to URL fuse-x.com/callbacks/github/?code=[some string]&state=[some string]
I am not sure what happened and tried several various settings in Github regarding my email. No luck.

Does anyone know what I can do to solve this?

You must make your e-mail public and then select it under profile - public e-mail. Then it all works fine.
