Fuse ver 1.0.0 corrupts the Windows registry key

After installing the Fuse version 1.0.0 on the freshly installed Windows 10, it deleted or corrupted a required key from the Windows Registry which removed the “New” or “New Folder” options from the context menu.
To check if the issue was caused by the Fuse software, I restored the missing “New” and “New Folder” options in the explorer context menu and after re-installing the same version of Fuse, I ran into the same problem.
Please kindly look into this issue. I apologize in advance if I am wrong.

Hi Alena,

thanks for reporting! An internal ticket has been raised to investigate this. You’ll get notified when there’s some progress.

Hi Alena, we’ve now replaced the Fuse installer, and this issue should not happen again.
