There seems to be something wrong with your installation. What are the contents of C:\ProgramData\Uno\Packages\Fuse.Scripting.V8\0.24.7\lib\Windows\x86 and C:\ProgramData\Uno\Packages\Fuse.Scripting.V8\0.24.7\lib\Windows\x64?
If V8Simple.dll is not there, could you please try to re-install?
