TextInput ValueChanged triggering when unfocus

Hi,

fuse 0.23

iOS 9.3.3 on iPhone 5

i have :

<TextInput ValueChanged="{whatever}">

the watever function is called if I focus on the textInput and i unfocus (clicking outside) without typing anything when running on iOS
