Currently, apps I’ve built installed from Google Play can’t be moved to external storage.
Is there a way to allow this? Probably changing something on the Android manifest?

this seems like a great candidate for .unoproj. An internal ticket has been raised to evaluate the possibility and you’ll get notified when there is some progress.
