Can a Designer itself create a app using Fuse?

In Fuse’s current version - that will depend on the type of designer. It currently requires that you are at least able to deal with UX markup code. Any designer familiar with HTML/CSS should easily be able to learn UX markup.
Fuse will keep building more visual tools to make it easier for designers to use Fuse without requiring a programmer’s help going forward. Stay tuned
