From the command line: fuse preview -t=android for preview with live-reload; fuse build -t=android for final .apk 
The resulting .apk file will be in the project’s .build folder, likely .build/Android-Debug/bin/project-name.apk.

Can you try logging out/back in again, and trying the command again? The installer should have placed fuse.exe in your user’s PATH, but it looks like yours is outdated. Closing all cmd.exe instances and opening your command line again may also fix this issue.
