We currently don’t have specific plans for making an IntelliJ plugin, but we’re always evaluating supporting new editors. This is why we recently chose to create a plugin for Atom, in addition to the Sublime Text one we started out with.
While we can’t prioritise making an IntelliJ plugin right now, we have at least opened up the Fuse plugin API! Here’s a blog post, and the API description.
If someone (you?) wants to have a go at making an IntelliJ plugin, we’de be happy to answer any questions you might have.
This would be really great as the IntelliJ-IDE and other JetBrains IDEs give you functionality out of the box that Atom.io and Submerged needs a ton of plugins to even get close to be as good.
Examples that I miss when using Atom.io are autoclosing tags, better autocomplete, built-in debugging, better refactoring tools. I’ve tried using plugins, but have yet to find anything that works good enough. I think a “native” plugin for IntelliJ would be really great.
Yes thats what I did when I realised that my email was being displayed. So I replaced my Alias from email to my name and posted again, but nothing changed and still nothing.
We had an issue over the weekend here where user profile changes weren’t correctly synced with the forums; I’ve fixed the problem and processed all profile updates since the bug occured - sorry about that
