Not in FuseJS, currently (0.9.5), only still images. However, we plan to add movie support.
You can do this with the native APIs in Uno code, or wait for this feature to be implemented.

Support for recording video is definetly in our roadmap, but it is low priority at the time. If you dont mind diving into some uno code yourself there is a fuse user that has done a lot of work related to the camera https://github.com/bolav/fuse-camerapanel
