Integrate with 3rd Parity Java module

Dear Sirs,

I’m going to add some new features to my apps to unlock the missing features incorporating with Java as well as iOS native code.

I have to build something like in somehow Instagram and i need to handle Image filters, I search many times on the internet and i found this repo : https://github.com/sangmingming/android-instagram-filter.

so how i can attack this using Foreign code ?
