I'm getting confused on how to actually use Fuse

Hello .
First i would like to thank you for taking your precious time to read this post.
I’m new to Android development and I just discovered Fuse . So i’m a little confused (I mean a lot ) on how exactly it does work.
my question are the followings :

  1. What exactly shall i know before using Fuse to code ? (i mean the languages apart from pure java and swift )
  2. Is the design of the “futur” app made only with UxMarkup / JavaScript or also Native code ?
