Actually I do, I removed it, tried again, same problem. I’m actually willing to compare our systems together and help Fuse team to solve with any tests they want to do.
Hi, Just as a feedback Fuse version 1.0.2 still crash for me.
That’s expected, 1.0.2 was just a hotfix release due to an issue with installing cmake for new users.
I am experiencing the issue after updating to Sierra, an hour ago I was using El Capitan and no issues, now I have the menu problem as described above. Can do things manually for now, but look forward to a fix.
Here is something funny, I noticed that with version 1.0.2, I don’t know if 1.0.1 or 1.0 behave the same way.
If I select a menu by clicking on it, and keep the button down, and move to the desired menu item, then release the mouse button, it works! Fuse basically run the command and doesn’t crash, I tried this several time and it just works every time. I found this completely by chance.
So we can use this as a workaround until the problem is fixed.
Hi Ali ,
Really nice workaround :),
i test it and it is working fine unfortunately my trail Pro is ended so i can’t confirm to side menu.
@Fuse Team Kindly reset my trail request for PRO .
Regards
GMB, you should be all set.
@UIdis,
Thank you .
Hi,
I’m not able to reproduce the issue. I’ve tried different hardware, language settings, and macOS versions. So I’m wondering if I can have a teamviewer season with any of you?
Hi Emil,
Could you please PM me so we could arrange for private remote desktop ?
As still with v1.1.0 the problem is not solved !.
Latest release solved the problem for me. Thanks.
@GMB: I’ve sent you an email
@Ali: Great! Let us know if there’s still a problem.
Sorry, spoke too soon, today I installed the latest version 1.1, and the bug is back again.

Same problem as you Ali… for some reason your workaround works though!
Hi,
I just got my new MBP, first update since 2013, anyway, I installed Fuse and the problem is not there, so I’m guessing that I had something in my previous setup, some software or setting that caused the problem.
I hope I will not encounter it again, but I also hope it get resolved for the others. I’m still welling to help in anyway I can, since I still have both computer for now with me, so if there any test or debugging I can make, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Mabrook Ali ,
i also upgraded to new MBP one week ago and fresh install with no migration at all ,however the problem still there.
Allah ebarik bik GMB,
Yep, same thing, I also choose not to run Migration Assistant, and just reinstalled all the software, and used rsync to move my settings and files, to have a real clean system.
But I do have my old laptop for a while, so I can experiment with it to help fix this bug.
Just for the record, I am experiencing this crash too and I have also migrated to a new Macbook Pro using Migration Assistant. I have been using Fusetools since aprox August last year.
We are sorry to hear that, and we’ll investigate this further.
However thank you all for helping out
Ummm, the problem is back for me also, but I’m not sure why is that, I can’t remember everything I did while setting up my laptop, mostly installed brew with packages and docker. Anyway, I’m back to tricking the menu by keep mouse down while choosing a menu item.
