I installed lastest version (0.9.3.5207). After installation, i opened Fuse then it pop up a command promt windows, run few commands and then crash

That looks like a corrupt installation. Could you please try to download and install Fuse again?
I did but it still fail
I am suspecting something related to locale on your machine.
Can you please tell us some details about your OS? Version and language.
