Error: ConnectFailure while Installing Fuse.PushNotifications 1.8.2

I have installed last fuse build (1.8.2.15696) and when I try to build:
fuse build --target=iOS -run
I get error:
ERROR: Failed to install package Fuse.PushNotifications: Error: ConnectFailure (Connection timed out)

Internet works well.
