Hi, I am new to fusetools but would like to build a functioning prototype that connects to Bluetooth devices. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? There doesn’t seem to be any examples/tutorials regarding this.

We do not have any examples or tutorials for Bluetooth as we dont have any crossplatform abstraction for that yet. But you can implement support for Bluetooth yourself through the native APIs by using ForeignCode.
