Screen width via javascript

Does anyone know how I retrieve the width of the screen via javascript and apply on an element?

EDIT:

I want to create an navdrawer based on google material with this specs https://www.google.com/design/spec/patterns/navigation-drawer.html#navigation-drawer-specs

There is no way to do this yet. You have to make bindings for this to Uno yourself.

Eduardo: Fuse has a very strict separation between UX and JS. This use case should not be neccessary. If you instead describe what you want to acheive, we can help you acheive it in UX
