# Unfortunately app has stopped'

I’m getting this error on Google Nexus which uses Android version 4.3. On 4.2 and 4.4 this works fine. How to fix this?

Hi, unfortunately it seems we have some bugs for Android versions \<4.4. We will fix this shortly.

Try one by one: clear the cache, reload the app, and erase the cache partition. Otherwise, the final solution for [fix unfortunately, apps has stopped](https://www.fonecope.com/fix-unfortunately-app-has-stopped.html) is through the factory settings.
