# Local preview not working on Windows 8.1

I am using Fuse ver 0.20.3 on Windows 8.1 pro. When I use local preview for Fuse app or command prompt, build completed message appears but preivew window doesn’t appear. Here is the screenshot

Looking at those log lines in your screenshot it appears your graphics card either does not support OpenGL or your graphic card drivers are outdated.

Try to update to your latest graphics card driver and see if that helps. If not, I’m afraid your computer is unable to run Fuse Preview (which requires OpenGL, [see the documentation](https://www.fusetools.com/docs/basics/faq#local-preview-does-not-start-on-windows)).
