I’m facing a similar issue with 0.36. Using Mac SierraOS 10.12.3

565 errors when i run `uno build`

All similar to:

```auto

Guys, after many tries i end up figuring out in this way:

in my case, the setup is not cleaning a folder  
`~/Library/Application Support/Fusetools/Packages`  
that hold old packages after update…

I just delete this folder and tried `uno build` again with success

I hope I help someone else!

Still no go for me. I was told that I wasn’t able to reach the package server. Could have something to do with me being behind a corporate firewall where their server is blacklisted. But I need help with figuring out and see if that’s the case, then I can bring it up to IT and have the addresses whitelisted.

@me: did you try updating Fuse to 0.36.1 and giving it another go?

If you did and that didn’t help, could you try cleaning the `~/Library/Application Support/Fusetools/Packages` folder and running `uno build` again, as suggested above?

Let us know how that works out and we’ll take it from there.

I deleted the `~/Library/Application Support/Fusetools/Packages` folder  
Did `uno clean` and then `uno build`. Still no go. This is the error after:

Hi!

Are you able to re-test this now to see if it’s working correctly?

You might still want to delete the `~/Library/Application Support/Fusetools/Packages` folder and do a `uno clean` first, just to make sure.

Nope Trond, I can’t quite figure out why these packages can’t be downloaded. I haven’t had the opportunity to take this computer to an outside network to test it. But pinging `api.fusetools.com` resolved to `fusetools-coreoseuw.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com`. So I’m not 100% sure if it’s a network issue…

Do you get the same error message now as you did previously (“The authentication or decryption has failed”)? Even after wiping your package directory as suggested?

In that case, can you retry the above suggestion (delete `~/Library/Application Support/Fusetools/Packages`, run `uno clean` and then attempt to build) and note down the timestamp you attempted this? And also please send me your public IP address. Then I can dig through some logs here and see if I can identify the source of the issue.

Allright, I’ve received some more debugging information here now but I’m unable to see any direct errors in our end serving these requests.

Can you try to access [https://api.fusetools.com/packages/v1/nuget/v2/package/UnoCore/0.47.13](https://api.fusetools.com/packages/v1/nuget/v2/package/UnoCore/0.47.13) in your browser to see if that downloads the package in question without showing any SSL errors/warnings?

If that works, can you also run `curl -i -v -O /dev/null https://api.fusetools.com/packages/v1/nuget/v2/package/UnoCore/0.47.13` from a shell and paste the output here?

Ah, I’m sorry, that command line was not fully correct. Can you instead try:

```auto
curl -i -v -L https://api.fusetools.com/packages/v1/nuget/v2/package/UnoCore/0.47.13 >/dev/null

```

This will follow the 302 redirect response we issue from the API and attempt to actually download the package blob from the CDN; it’s that response that’s the most interesting one for us to be able investigate further.

Right, so then your connection to the service seems just fine.
