# FireBase Native JS SDK

When can we see an officially supported version of FireBase JS SDK on fusetools platform?

The FireBase JS SDK is currently using DOM spesific features that Fuse don’t have (we are not a using a browser). I don’t think the source code for FireBase JS is open source, so we can’t go and change it either.

I think the best approach is to wrap the functionality you need from the native SDK’s using [foreign code](https://www.fusetools.com/docs/native-interop/foreign-code).
